potato 450g
onion 100g
carrot 65g
shirataki 100g
water 1 cup
bonito soup stock 1 tsp.
pomegranate juice 3 tbsp.
sugar 2.5 tbsp.
halal soy sauce 2.5 tbsp.

How to cook

    Cut potato to suitable size and it to water.

    Pour oil and add beef into a pan and saute.
  3. 3

    Add onion, carrot, potato continue to saute.
  4. 4

    Add all condiments, konnyaku noodles and stew it for 15 minutes.
